Vision Boards
How to visualise your 2025
Vision boards are a great way to achieve your goals through visual inspiration. But how do you make one?
Creating the vision…
What goals do you want to achieve?
Write down all the categories of life you want to reflect on for 2025. These can be about your health, fitness, hobbies, travel, relationships, income, ect.
What do you want your life to look like?
Draw some inspirational pictures. I like to use Pinterest or magazines to make physical collages.
Where will you see this board every day?
Figure out if a physical board or a digital board would work better for you. You can make a collage of pictures using physical media, wallpapers on your phone or laptop, a Pinterest board online, or an Excel sheet. Do your best to accommodate what caters to you.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I don’t know my goals?
A goal can be anything from getting a degree to making a cup of tea instead of coffee in the morning. However big or small doesn’t matter when it comes to a vision! Don’t get discouraged or compare yourself to others. While a vision board can be aesthetic, make sure it’s personal to YOU and is something that makes YOU smile.
What if I don’t know how to make the board itself?
There are many tools you can use to make a vision board. For more digital work, you can use Pinterest or a search engine to find images using keywords similar to what you’d like your life to look like. You can use an editor app like the Notes app or an online collage editor to post the photos. If you like something more physical, feel free to use a printer to print the images to cut and paste onto a board or a piece of paper or cardboard. Remember, you want to keep this visible all year or for however long you need, so you want it to be able to withstand the day-to-day!
What if I’m not creative?
Anything you make is made with effort and personal understanding! There is no need to compare the look to anything or anyone else you see. It can be as many things or as little as you’d like, as long as it’s personal to you. If it’s a lack of inspiration, I like to look at Pinterest wallpapers or my pins of photography that I’d like to recreate or have in my life.
Where will I see this every day?
Think about how often you go through your daily routine. A phone wallpaper is always a good idea if you use your phone every day. If you want it to be physical, having it beside or on the door to exit your room or on your bathroom counter or wall is another great one. If you do work at a desk at home, you can have it hung up or on the table to look at throughout your day. Make it work with you. Prioritize subconsciously seeing this board everyday.

Inspo pics to get started…
Here are some inspirational pictures I found on Pinterest that are similar to what I want in the new year. Each is similar in context but different in layout. You can have a collage/scrapbook look, just a collection of images and words, or anything you feel will inspire YOU!
